Great Alabama 650
From sun up to sun down, the country’s greatest paddle racers come together for the longest paddle race in the United States: The Great Alabama 650. The updated identity for this race represents the cycle of the sun and its relationship to the race itself.
From posters, to race bibs, to social media posts, and even paddle board decals, this project covered so many facets of design and problem solving. Test after test was required to get a unique gradient across large batches of posters, as well as creating uniquely shaped and designed board decals.
